Join us for a Wine Makers Dinner in celebration of Canadian Thanksgiving on October 11th, 8pm at The Waterlot Inn.

Enjoy a five course tasting menu with the wines from the Niagara Region, Canada, Pillitteri Winery.

This menu was specially created with a Canadian flare by the Chef from the Fairmont Southampton and the Sommelier from Pillitteri to ensure each course was delicately prepared to accompany each wine.

You will not be disappointed as the Sommelier and Chef will take their time to explain each course and the wine pairing.
